What's the difference between Info Agent and Action Agent?
Info Agent (from $69/mo) answers customer questions 24/7 — hours, pricing, services, FAQs, plus lead capture. Action Agent (from $99/mo) does all that plus actually books appointments and fills contact forms on your existing booking system (Vagaro, Mindbody, Square, Jane App, OpenTable, Resy, or any custom form). No migration required.
How does pricing work?
Both Agents come in 4 tiers by conversation volume.

Is there a setup fee?
Zero. You pay only the monthly subscription on every tier. Cancel anytime.
How long does it take to go live?
3 days from when you complete the intake form. We scrape your site, train Claude Sonnet 4.6 (or Opus on Enterprise) on your business, run 4 layers of QA, and send you a preview link. You approve, we hand you a one-line embed code. If we can't deliver in 7 days, full refund — no questions.
Does Action Agent work with my existing booking system?
Yes — that's the whole point. It works with Vagaro, Mindbody, Square, Jane App, OpenTable, Resy, Fresha, and any custom contact or booking form on your website. You don't switch systems. The Agent works with what you already have.
Do I need technical skills to install it?
Zero. You paste one line of code on your website. We send step-by-step instructions for every platform — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, or plain HTML. Takes about 2 minutes.
What happens when my business info changes?
Updates are included in your subscription. Email us with the change — new hours, menu update, new service — and we re-train your Agent within 24 hours. No extra charge.

What's the refund policy?
If we can't deliver a working Agent within 7 days of intake submission, full refund — no questions. After delivery, refunds are case-by-case at our discretion.
Where is my data stored?
Conversations and config in Supabase Postgres (Canada, ca-central-1). AI inference on Anthropic's US infrastructure. Storefront on Shopify (Canada/US). Full breakdown in our privacy policy.
How do I cancel?
