Information We Collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, and website URL. We also collect information you provide in our intake form (chatbot goals, tone preferences, business details) to build your custom chatbot.

How We Use Your Information

Solely to build, deliver, and support your AI chatbot. Your website content is scraped to train your chatbot — stored securely, used only for your bot. We never sell your data.

Data Storage

Chatbot configuration and website data stored securely on our servers. Conversation logs may be retained for performance monitoring. Request deletion anytime.

Third-Party Services

We use Shopify for payments, Anthropic's Claude API for chatbot responses, and Supabase for data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Minimal cookies for essential functionality (cart, session). No advertising or tracking cookies.
